Protocol Fee Engine
Establishes a standardized fee model across all settlement and transaction activity, connecting revenue growth alongside protocol usage.
Token Buyback and Vault
This allocates a share of protocol revenue toward PACT buybacks. All repurchased tokens go into a secure DAO vault and are released upon a community vote.
